My practice includes academic & psychological testing as well as individual counseling for all ages in the Greenville, SC area. Prior to being in private practice I spent 25 years working with children and young adults in the public schools as a teacher, administrator, and school psychologist working with disorders such as ADD. In addition, I have taught college level classes  even in prison..My experience with the severely emotionally disturbed was in both a psychiatric hospital and in a public special education school. This background enables me to pull from a broad base of experience in my practice. I specialize in  the evaluations of and treatment for ADD, depression, Aspergers, learning disabilities (Dyslexia) , anxiety, etc. In individual therapy, I will match the technique with the client's needs such as play therapy for young children, cognitive-behavioral techniques  & expressive arts therapy. For over 4 years I have run a group based on "The Artist Way".  I am also available for public speaking on a variety of topics or to provide observations and consultations to schools, day care center, other Psychologists, or special programs as well as for some court appointed evaluations.
